Franchise Training Program.
When you join our family of franchise owners, we welcome you to enjoy ongoing training programs that’ll add unlimited value to your business. Our programs are intended to help you provide top-notch cleaning services that supersede client expectations.
We teach you everything you need to know when it comes to operating a high-demand cleaning business. All training is included in your franchise fee and provided at no additional cost.
Training Schedule
Initial 2-Week Training Course
The initial Signature Maids™ Training Program lasts 2 weeks. It generally begins 4 to 6 weeks before your shop’s grand opening. For the first week of training, we invite you to our headquarters in Davie, Florida.
During this time, we provide first-hand experience and show you how the business operates from the inside out. The second week of training is held at your location. During this time, we provide hands-on assistance getting your business up and running. You’ll learn a lot while simultaneously accomplishing so much regarding the launch of your franchise.
Additional Training 3 Months Out
90 days after your initial 2-week training program, it’s time for your next training course. This program is intended to provide refreshers, updates, and anything of value to your business.
Additional Training 6 Months Out
Six months after your second training program, we invite you to a third training series.
Ongoing Training & Assistance
We offer 2 training sessions per year. Each session includes 1-2 days of refreshers and updates. Training sessions provide ample knowledge for you to apply towards running your business, but that doesn’t mean you’re done learning forever.
Ongoing industry improvements can make your job easier and provide higher customer satisfaction. It’s essential you never stop learning, in fact, that’s the only way to remain relevant in our fast-paced and competitive world.We don’t train you up and then leave you in the dark. We provide ongoing routine support and training to ensure your business remains at the forefront of industry innovations and improvements.
